While the photos can't show much about China's drones, they are worth looking at. You can read on to find out more about the Wing Loong 2, Caihong 6, and many other Chinese drones. You will ultimately decide whether to buy these drones. In this video we also talk about what to look at. These drones are most often used for commercial purposes. But what about the others that aren’t yet on sale?

Wing Loong 2

The Chengdu Wing Loong II (GJ-2) is a remotely controlled and autonomous flight unmanned aerial vehicle developed by Chengdu Aircraft Industry Group in People's Republic of China. It is designated militaryly as GJ-2. In addition to civilian applications, the Chengdu Wing Loong II has been used in military trials. It was awarded many awards since its inception, including an international patent for the first civilian drone.

Wing Loong is capable of flying for up 20 hours and has a top speed at 370 kph. Its flight endurance can be listed as 27 hours. However it was not provided by the Chinese company with the number of flights. Aside from military applications, the Wing Loong 2 can also be used for civilian purposes such as aerial photography, video production, or even as a surveillance tool. China does not publicly display its military capabilities.

Caihong 5

China is fast becoming a major supplier UAVs capable of striking. China has sold 181 drones, more than three-quarters of which are strike-capable, to 13 countries between 2008 and 2018. In the same time period, the Wing Loong and popular Caihong series made up 35.4%, 53.6% and respectively, 53.6%. The new CH-5 is expected continue this trend, and to take on UAVs of Israel and the United States.

Caihong 5 features a radome nose, upward-pointing Vtail and a radome tail. The Caihong 5 is capable of flying at a height greater than that of the gasoline-powered piston engines, which can reach 7,200 meters. This engine is also more cost-effective because it uses less fuel and consumes about 20% less fuel. The Caihong 5 is the heaviest drone ever produced by China.

Wing Loong 1E

Wing-Loong-1E (a multi-purpose strike-capable UAV capable of performing multiple purposes) is the latest addition to the Wing Loong Family of large unmanned aircraft vehicles (UAVs). It was recently flown its maiden flight. Although AVIC didn't release any technical information, a prototype of the Wing-Loong-1E was displayed at the China International Aviation & Aerospace Exhibition 2010. It is unique in aerodynamic design and features upward-pointing winglets.

The Wing Loong-1E China drone was made in Chengdu in Sichuan. This facility is known for producing unmanned aerial vehicles (UAVs), so it's a clear indication that China wants to manufacture its own drones. While the Wing Loong 1E drone is smaller than its predecessor it is expected to last longer due to composite materials used and better aerodynamics. The new drone will be capable of greater range, endurance, as well as efficiency.

Wing Loong II

Wing Loong II, a Chinese UAV that is named Wing Loong II, is being considered for replacement of the MQ-1 Predator. According to the company, the country expressed an interest in purchasing 300 unmanned aircraft. Saudi Arabia, Pakistan and other countries have also expressed interest in purchasing the unmanned aircraft. The two nations have agreed to produce 48 units each of the Chinese drone. It is essential that these nations determine whether the Wing Loong II is suitable for military use before they purchase one.

The Wing Loong II, the second model of the Wing Loong series, was introduced to the PLAAF on November 2018. It is an upgraded Wing Loong II variant that has been used in China's military. Both the Wing Loong II (GJ2) and Wing Loong II have similar capabilities. The Wing Loong II however has a larger platform.
